Fasten your seat belts…

A new airport is planned to be operaitng by 2011 at 15 km away of Kaş center.

Meaning, you will be able to fasten your seat belts and take the first flight to this spectacular corner of the world soon.

I am not a type to paraglide around the hills of Kaş yet, I am looking forward seeing this beautiful landscape from above…

My list for Santa Claus…

Santa Claus used to live 17 km away from Kas. He is worldwide known with his ‘humanity’ and has been ‘hope’ for centuries to children.

A saint who once walked through the deepest curves of Antalya Toros mountains, is a precious national heritage for us.

I am therefore finding myself eligible to write a list of wishes…

Love
Understanding
to all world nations.

Patara,  home of Democracy will be hosting World Parliament Speakers Conference in August 10, 2010.

‘After 23 centuries, the parliament building that hosted the Lycian League — the world’s oldest known federation — is set for restoration that will make it fit to host democratic leaders once again.’ (Todays Zaman, 2009)

Kaş is not only a beutifull village to enjoy nature, beaches, sports, outdoor or cultural tours.

It is the starting point of democratic human history… No suprise that Freya Stark says

A day for self exploration…Aqua Princess Beach

A private beach called Aqua Princess lies at the very end of KucukCakıl Beach..Far away from crowd yet so close to city center, it can be a perfect day  for self exploration..

Lunch at the terrace is perfectly healthy after  a long swim in this crystal waters…Beach suggests a good variety of foods & snacks…
